Coaching Services
Thrive Alive, LLC offers personalized coaching services.
Upon agreeing to enter into a coaching partnership, clients will be provided with a separate Coaching Agreement governing the specific terms of the coaching relationship, including session structure, payment, cancellation, and confidentiality. These Terms of Use are supplementary to the Coaching Agreement.
Discovery Call
The free 30-minute discovery call is offered at no charge and with no obligation. It is an exploratory conversation to determine whether working together is the right fit for both parties. Thrive Alive, LLC reserves the right to decline to enter into a coaching relationship at its sole discretion.
Payment
Payment terms and package details are discussed during the discovery call and outlined in the individual Coaching Agreement. By agreeing to a coaching package, you agree to the payment terms as outlined in your Coaching Agreement. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Specific cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in your individual Coaching Agreement. In general, at least 24 hours notice is requested to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.
Thrive Alive, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions in the event of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, and will make reasonable efforts to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of coaching services, all payments are non-refundable once a coaching partnership has commenced. The Strategy Session fee is non-refundable once the session has taken place, except where applied toward a coaching package as agreed.

Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential. Thrive Alive, LLC will not disclose your personal information to third parties except as required by law or as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Clients are also asked to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or materials shared during the coaching relationship.
Third-Party Services
Thrive Alive, LLC uses trusted third-party service providers to operate its business, including website hosting, email communications, scheduling, and video conferencing. We share only the minimum information necessary for these services to function. Each provider maintains its own terms and privacy policies.
Changes to These Terms
Thrive Alive, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to thrivealivecoaching.com with an updated date. Your continued use of this website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
