Optional Strategy Session (75 min)
For women who want to explore their health challenges and get clear on next steps before committing to a full coaching program, I offer a standalone 75-minute Strategy Session. In this single focused session, we look at what may be driving your current challenges, where your body may need more support, and what a realistic path forward looks like for you.
If you decide to continue into the 12-session coaching partnership afterward, the Strategy Session investment applies toward your program.

The goal isn't to need coaching forever. The 12-session program is designed to help you develop a deeper understanding of your body, build habits that feel natural and sustainable, and create a metabolic foundation strong enough to support you for the decades ahead.
Many women leave feeling more confident, more empowered, and fully capable of continuing on their own. Others choose to continue with maintenance sessions for ongoing accountability and continued growth.

To provide the level of support and personalization my clients deserve, I intentionally work with a limited number of women at any given time.
This allows me to give each client the attention, care, and individualized guidance that lasting change often requires.
